This is a fun team composition that relies on snowballing early to maximize its ability to slay enemies without a front line. Champions
Kai'Sa [Marksman] - Generally speaking Vayne has better true invisibility, but overall Kai'Sa is simply stronger in the current meta with slightly higher mid-game dueling potential. Since this team lacks an enchanter, Kai'Sa performs slightly better than Vayne.
Neeko [Mid] - Some players may wonder why Leblanc isn't in on this team composition, and truth be told she could easily replace Neeko. However, Neeko brings in powerful crowd-control, allowing her team to be extra bold and extra sneaky.
Pyke [Support] - On this AP heavy team, Pyke fulfills an important role as the main source of AD on this team. His kill potential is one of the highest out of any support, and he's one of the few that can actually solo enemy champions using a support's budget.
Shaco [Jungler] - Trickster king himself, Shaco is core to getting this team off the ground and ensuring that they get off to a good start. There's nothing worse than a gimmick team composition that falls behind from the get-go, so protect Shaco's boxes and hopefully he can repay the favor.
Akali [Top] - Most players prefer to bring Akali mid-lane, but truth be told her win rate is far higher as a top laner. She's abusive against melee champions, and her early game can take down otherwise tanky champions with ease. Just watch out for bullies like Pantheon or Renekton.
Key Concepts
The entire team doesn't need to approach invisible at the same time. Make sure to time your invisibility spells to kite the enemy team effectively through cooldowns.
This team falls behind late game if they can't pick up kills. Play aggressive and have fun!
Countering
Countering this team mostly involves a tank heavy composition and some strong peel.
Here is an example team that may succeed:
Karthus [Mid] - Stay safe in the early game and play passive. If you haven't died a lot by mid-game, you'll be one-shotting their entire team.
Lee Sin [Jungle] - Counter early game jungler with early game jungler. While you don't necessarily want to duel him, Lee Sin works well in counterganks against Shaco.
Sion [Top] - Push this juggernaut up top to deal with Akali's heavy damage. Just don't go Int Sion or she may snowball out of control.
Janna [Support] - Queen of peel, Janna makes trouble for any assassin comp.
Miss Fortune [Marksman] - Similar to Karthus, she can absolutely demolish a wave of squishies in seconds, Shaco clone included.
Overall this counter team is also very strong, and plays much like a classic team composition.
