Most players think of Singed as a top laner, and for good reason. His in-lane harass is particularly strong, and he can abuse melee champions with ease. However,  as a jungler he still accomplishes his main tasks - running around and being a nuisance.

Abilities: Q, E, W then prioritize R > Q > E > W

Rune Setup

How It Works

Highly Stacked Slows
Combining Glacial Augment with Stalker's Blade and Mega Adhesive guarantees that enemies aren't going anywhere fast. The slow proc also gives you the ability to land your fling onto Mega Adhesive with ease, resulting in a powerful gank even if they flash out. As a jungler, Singed also has access to the slow smite, giving him a ton of early game pressure.

Great Gank and Dive Potential
Singed jungle plays similarly to a Rammus when it comes to ganking, but instead of a Taunt he has his fling. It's more effective early game than Rammus' taunt, and allows you to negate the distance lost to enemy flashes. Later on, once he picks up a few items and his ultimate, running down enemy champions will remind players why Singed is obnoxious in any lane he goes to.

Very Powerful Lane Push

While your allies may not fully appreciate the power that pushing lanes after a successful gank provides, Singed does have the capability to shove extremely hard post-gank. This can snowball your team's gold advantage very quickly. Patch 8.23 also removed the gold penalty, which means that pushing gold into your jungler is highly viable.

Trick Enemies Into Counterpicking

Singed rarely goes jungle. As a result, if you pick him up early, enemies will naturally grab someone like Teemo to counterpick. When they do this, you gain free reign to counterpick their counterpick, foiling their nefarious plans.

Potential Pitfalls

Weak Early Game

Early on in the game, Singed is blue reliant and will have difficulty jungling without it. By toggling his poison on and off you can still get through jungle with relative ease, but players that aren't used to the playstyle may find themselves running out of mana more often than on other junglers.

Low Burst Damage
Although Singed has a ton of sustained damage, his burst damage isn't very high. Against bigger monsters like Baron or Dragon his fling does a TON of damage, but against smaller objectives like Scuttle Crab or the buffs, finishing with this move takes away the majority of his utility.

Conclusions

Singed in any lane is always going to be powerful as long as he can farm effectively. Jungle Singed may not be the common way to play him, but it's definitely enjoyable to stack slows and run down enemies.
