Even back in the day before Karma was considered "powerful", Sivikarma struck fear into the hearts of enemies, and could quickly snowball a lane to incredible heights. Powerful waveclear combined with excellent defensive abilities and chasing power, Sivir and Karma were the bane of any lane without enough hard CC and burst damage to lock them down.
Introduction
Even back in the day before Karma was considered "powerful", Sivikarma struck fear into the hearts of enemies, and could quickly snowball a lane to incredible heights. Sporting powerful waveclear combined with excellent defensive abilities and chasing power, Sivir and Karma were the bane of any lane without enough hard CC and burst damage to lock them down.
Main Strengths
Early Game Chasing Power
Sivir's passive allows her to increase her movement speed every time she damages an enemy champion with a basic attack or ability. Combine this with Karma's speed boost, and she can easily run down any opponent at level two combined with Karma's Focused Resolve (W) root.
Massive Late Game Utility
Massive Late Game Utility
Sivir's ultimate gives your team 20% bonus movement speed. When coupled with a mantra'd Inspire (E), your team is also granted 60% bonus movement speed for 1.5 seconds, greatly amplifying the ability of your team to instantly close gaps. As an added bonus, Hecarim is very strong right now, and his damage benefits greatly from these two champions in combination.
Insane Trading Potential
Despite lacking heals, Karma and Sivir have excellent all-in potential as a result of Karma's personal and AOE shields along with Sivir's own spell shield. In conjunction, these two allow them to out-trade many burst-oriented bot lanes.

Weaknesses
- No true healing potential other than on Karma's mantra (W);
- Short range during teamfights; and
- Weak against sticky assassins.
Conclusions
This combination is extremely potent on any organized team, and equally powerful in a solo queue setting where enemies can be caught out as they travel around the map alone.
