1/23 PBE Update: New Steel Legion Lux Splash

The new version of the PBE was updated a few hours ago and features the Steel Legion Lux Splash Art and a few tentative balance changes!

Balance Changes
The PBE Air client also features several *extremely* tentative changes, think of this of Riot's sandbox where they go "I wonder what would happen if we changed this..." it's also an area they never mean for users to actually see without data-mining, so they can be a little messy and omit important things as well.

Buffs: Master Yi (Nerf from live), Shaco (Nerf from live), Tristana
Nerfs: Olaf
Reverted to Live: Elise, Ezreal, Galio


Elise

• Mana reduction reverted from Last PBE patch

Ezreal

• Trueshot Barrage [R]: Reverted to 10% less damage per unit from Last PBE patch's 12%

Galio

• Changes to his Q from Last PBE Patch reverted to live values.

Master Yi

• Meditate [W]:
• New Numbers: 200/350/500/650/800 health with a 2x AP ratio
• Last PBE Patch: 120/240/360/480/600 health with a 1.2x AP ratio
• Live Servers: 140/280/420/560/700 with a 4x AP ratio

Olaf

• Undertow[Q]: The slow now "fades over time"
• Vicious Strikes [W]: Cooldown increased to 16 from 12.
• Ragnarok [R]: 10/20/30 Armor penetration moved from passive to active.

Shaco

• Two-Shiv[E]: Passive slow reinstated, nerfed to 10/15/20/25.5/30% slow from live's 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% slow. Same reduction on his active.

Tristana

• Rapid Fire [Q]: Mana cost decreased from 80 to 50 at all levels;
• Explosive Shot [E]: Active damage increased to 110/150/190/230/270 from 110/140/170/200/230.
