New Boot Enchantments Incoming!
Season 3's new items include a brand new boot enchantment upgrades! Basically after you get your level 2 boots, you will now get the option of upgrading them again to add another permanent upgrade to your boots.
So far they all look pretty interesting, even Homeguard (it's pretty darn fast)...the Captain enchantment sounds like it'll make Nidalee and other split pushes absolutely ridiculous. Luckily it's pretty expensive...
