There's a new website up at
http://lolmatches.com/ that apparently intercepts data that your LoL client sends to the servers that includes your normal ELO. It does require an external program install to update on specific summoners, but if you have more wins than losses and/or are ranked on the ladders, it might already have your data saved.
I think it seems pretty accurate, and it should be if it works the way that it says it does. Surprisingly, my normal ELO's actually 10 points lower than my ranked ELO, go figure. Then again, I did just lose 15/20 games recently...harhar.

As you can see from the pictures above, the user interface isn't very complicated. It does have several features that allow you to look at game stats, and distinguishes itself by showing the heroes banned in each game. I still think
Lolking.net has a better interface for reviewing game stats though.
