Viktor Double Ultimate Bug

Apparently there's currently a bug active with Viktor that allows him to ultimate twice if you hit the key fast enough (smartcast). Here's a video below that shows it in action! Looking at Viktor's items and their respective levels, he clearly doesn't have enough damage to instantly burst down Kayle the way he does, but yet...it happens.



Confirmed today at this forum post that the glitch is still active as of 4/16/11
