Rammus (NERF)
- Base Damage/Armor reduced
- Usability of powerball improved

Shaco (TWEAK)
- Changing base damage ratio, improving damage scaling
- Improved Two-Shiv damage ratio

Jax (BUFF)
- Grandmaster's Might Active now grants bonus armor scaling with AD and bonus MR scaling with AP.

Irelia (NERF)
- Lower passive health regen
- Ultimate Cooldown increased

Lifesteal (NERF)
- Wriggles, Bthirster, and Vamp Scepter Nerfed

Bloodthirster (BUFF)
- Only losing half its stacks on death
