Patch Notes for Fiora are released!
Lux:
- Cooldown on lucent singularity will start going down as soon as she casts it, instead of on detonation
- Total cooldown will be slightly increased
- Will give sight during travel
- Laser will now give vision when you use it.
Olaf:
- Undertow's base damage/AD ratio is going up
- Axe cooldown going down
- Ragnarok gaining armor/mag resist instead of flat reduction
Ziggs:
- Hexsplosives Minefield reduced mana cost and decreased damage
Sigils:
- New sigils will restore mana along with health.
