Best Heroes to Carry Out of Ranked ELO HELL - v.2.1

From ELO HELL v2.0 I talked about the strength of Morgana, Kassadin, Sion, Shaco, Rammus, and Fiddlesticks. These heroes definitely have the power to take you out of ELO hell. Unfortunately, a month after my blog post and an increase in bans from 4 to 6 means that almost all of these heroes are banned every game.

What to do? Well let's hope this blog post will aid you in your ventures. Here I'll be listing out some heroes that are rarely banned, but still have the power to carry you out in today's metagame. But before I do that, I'd like to also add that Tryndamere is also a very strong pick. I didn't mention him earlier, and I won't be now just because he's banned most games now.

Another change to this post that I've made from viewer feedback is that I'll now post one hero for each position on the map, since I know that each of you enjoy playing different roles.

Ryze (Solo Mid): Ryze was voted second easiest champion to play, right after Sona. Be sure to turn on smartcasting with him, but once you do, he's a cinch. Get blue buff as often as possible, and after building your Tear of the Goddess, Catalyst, and Glacial Shroud, you'll be near unstoppable. The reason he's so good is that by building him tanky, you increase your DPS at the same time.

Gangplank (Top Lane): Gangplank is one of the most dominant top laning heroes in the game. Even in a high sustain lane, he can simply switch from harassing with his nuke to last-hitting with his nuke and out-gold his opponent. He also has one of the few remaining global ults in the game, which means that he can be a presence in every teamfight while simultaneously farming his top lane.

Skarner (Jungle): Skarner's ability to tank along with his near inescapable slow stacked with red buff makes his ganks a true terror. This combined with his ult that can pull even a flashed opponent makes him super strong for teamfights. He's essentially Warwick 2.0, a Warwick that can do successful pre-6 ganks along with a suppression that can move his target in a direction of his choosing.

Vayne (AD Carry Bot): The reason to pick Vayne over Cait is because of her ability to kill a champion from 100 to 0 as soon as they're caught out of position. Despite losing to high push lanes in high ELO, if Vayne is combined with an Alistar or a Taric, she can easily get some kills off poor low ELO positioning and snowball to victory.

Soraka (Bot Support): If there's one support everyone should be able to play and makes the largest impact on the game, it's Soraka. She's practically a fail-proof hero. Harassing is not her job, unlike some other supports. She simply keeps her AD carry alive and full of mana. If a jungler with a stun comes, by silencing him and healing her carry/giving her armor, she can save her AD carry almost every time from a gank. This combined with a global heal makes her the most valuable support in a solo queue game.
