Normal Game Draft Mode + Ranked ELO Fail

Apparently the standard distribution for ranked games is way below what Riot originally calculated it to be, (which is supposed to be 1200) and so Riot has disabled all ranked games for the weekend and is instead opening up normal draft mode games for the weekend.

In addition, anybody who played more than 5 ranked games in Season One will be receiving a 15 point elo boost for free. They're also resetting wins and losses down to only contain Season Two totals, which could be interesting to see if it affects your 50 point boosts from playing your first few games.

From what I've seen so far, the pick order for draft mode normals is random and doesn't depend on your normal game elo.

    It's not random per say. Premades are given top priority when it comes to picks in normal draft.
