ELO Hell: Your teammates are feeding in lane, your jungler died to wraiths, the entire enemy team is 3 levels ahead, and you're still 0-0-0 in lane and only 6 minutes in. WHAT'S GOING ON?! You're in ELO Hell. How do you get out?

Well first of all, relax. There are going to be some games you can't win just because your team is trolling too hard. But the good news is, the other team has a 5/9 chance of getting THE baddie and your team has a 4/9 chance. If you notice, this unfortunately still leaves you with a 44% chance to get the feeder that costs the team the game. The good news is, if you play enough games, you'll still get out of Elo Hell...eventually.

But as we all know, some heroes carry harder than others. Which ones? Well I'm sure you're here to find out. First off, don't play support. There's no point at this ELO. You can't trust your teammates and you know they can't last hit anyway. WARDING is important since pinging isn't going to do anything, they'll just assume their computer is malfunctioning unless they see 5 angry red circles.

This leaves you with two main options to get out: AP carry, or Jungler. Some people think tanks are the way out, and it might very well be your way out. My strategy is to pick a hero that can kill the entire enemy team. Even if your team is terrible and dies suiciding to turrets, if the entire enemy team is dead, they still can't feed them right?

AP Carries: These heroes are banned for a reason...they blow up entire enemy teams ALONE if you funnel them correctly into a bush and can instantly turn a game around.

Brand: Currently the best AP carry in the game. Low CD AOE spells, if you hit your pillar they die, if you don't...well then maybe you're better off playing Annie.

Annie: Dirty level 1 stun, Tibbers AOE stun is a game changer. You better hit that bear every time, because you'll see a kill almost every successful land...or maybe 5.

Orianna: Ridiculous zoning capability with her balls, she's a balltastic hero. Even after her nerf, her power level is still over 9000. You won't see her banned as often as Annie due to her higher skill cap and lack of stun though.

Junglers: You can't blow up an entire team alone, but you can help your team blow up one lane at a time, as well as ward up. You know your team loves to duel randomly in lane where the winner walks away with 1 bar left, and this is where you swoop in for that kill.

Lee Sin: You can buy a wriggles, frozen mallet, and an atmas, and you'll have a super unkillable tank with extreme early game ganking potential. If you can get a kill or a flash at level 2, even noobs can win their lane unless they start tower diving.

Nocturne: Also able to gank at level 2 and build warmog + atmas. Tanky with super high damage, definitely a solid pick. After he hits level 6, you can gank even if they ward their lane...because we know that only happens on the enemy team in ELO hell.

Amumu: The ultimate noob ban. Nobody knows how to counter this little crybaby in ELO hell, so they'll probably just ban him. AOE mass snare, but watch out for Janna, Ryze, and Orianna, who might just decide that this snare is the perfect time to release all their spells and get a pentakill. If the other team is AD heavy, Amumu is amazing.
