You are a melee DPS, so build tanky.

Skills: Max your E (Nimbus) first, get 1 point of the decoy between 1~4, and max your Q second.
You can move during your R, and it tosses enemy heroes up and stops channeling spells.

You have no CC except your ult. You have a blink (Nimbus) but the AOE isn't all that strong. Fighting two similarly farmed heroes will result in you dying.

You are Lee Sin in monkey form with no skill shots. Your ulti has the range of Garen's spin.

Farm. You need it.

Trinity Force is Boss on him. Sheen and Phage as your first two parts is best.

Volcanic Wukong looks boss in game, general has a nice pic, but not so good in-game.
